FREE SHIPPING POLICY
We will provide free shipping for stock item orders of $79 or more.
For non-stock shipping, free shipping is available on a case by case basis pending manufacturer and quantity/$ volume of order. Please note some manufacturers may carry minimum order fees or drop ship fees. We will do our best to notify you of these at time of quote or order.
SHIPPING DISCREPENCIES
Please notify us of any shipping discrepancies within 24-48 hours of receipt of product at sales@shineon.lighting.
We do double check orders on the way out, and while discrepancies do happen it is rare. Often when discrepancies are reported, the item is found in our experience over 90% of the time.
☼ Did you check all boxes, packages and wrapping for the missing items?
☼ Has anyone else had access to the items?
☼ Did you check the item tracking to confirm you received all boxes?
☼ If you are missing a box did you check with your nearest neighbor?
If the items are still missing we will double check our count sheets, tracking #s, and try to work with you to resolve the discrepancy asap.
If we are not notified of the discrepancy right away we may or may not be able to resolve your issue as we can not control on our end who has had access to your material- or what could have happened between the time you receive the material and a later date when you finally report the discrepancy.
